Here are some tips on how to care for and maintain your jewellery:

- We advise you to store your jewellery in a cool, dry place that is preferably airtight, to avoid oxidation.

- We recommend that you do not expose it to corrosive agents such as chlorine, grease, sweat, perfume, alkaline agents, or salinity for a long time.

- You can store your jewellery somewhere where you avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or artificial light for long periods of time.

- We suggest that you do not store it directly in contact with wood as it contains acids that can affect the surface of the jewellery.

- In case your jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver, not gold plated or made of brass, we suggest that you clean it relatively often to keep it shining. You can use warm water with a little soap and rub with a soft brush. You can then rinse it with water and dry it with a soft cloth or a hairdryer on the lowest setting.

- We recommend using a cloth suitable for cleaning jewellery. Gently rub the silver surface with the cloth to polish it or remove marks from skin contact. Caution: Do not wash the cloth and make sure the jewellery is completely dry before rubbing.

- We do not recommend swimming in the sea or in swimming pools if your jewellery is gold-plated 925 Sterling Silver, as chlorine, salt and the sun will damage the gold-plated layer.

If your jewellery is made of steel, you can bathe in it. Their alloy is much stronger. In case your jewellery is made of bronze or brass, please do not put it in contact with any of the above mentioned, as it will be damaged immediately.

RETURN POLICY

HOW IS THE RETURN PROCEDED?

You have two options to make your returns: 

OPTION 1:

You can send the items with the courier company of your choice to the following address: Calle Pomelo 4, 28260 Galapagar, Madrid. Indicating name of the order, order number and telephone or email, to be able to make the payment.

*BONAI will not be responsible for any loss of the package during shipping. It will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

OPTION 2:

You can comfortably manage the return of your order from our returns portal:

When you open the link, fill out the fields with the order reference (code made up of 6 digits that you can find in your order history within your Customer Area or in the order confirmation email) and the email address associated with your buys.
Select the products you wish to return and please inform the reason for the return. That helps us improve :)
Next, choose how you want to receive the amount of your purchase: 

• Get a bonus without expiration. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION WE WILL GIVE YOU 10% IN YOUR BONUS.
• Receive the money by the same method with which you paid for your purchase. 

In both methods, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from both the coupon/voucher and the refund of the amount.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED AND IN WHAT PERIOD?

All products can be returned except earrings and piercings for hygiene reasons, except for incidents or defective orders.

The return period is 30 calendar days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Once we receive your package in our Returns Department and we have verified that the product is in the appropriate conditions, you will receive your return:

• within 2 business days an email with your voucher without expiration so you can make a new purchase on the website.
• confirmation of the shipment of the new product within 2 business days, if you have chosen to exchange it for another product. (except if the new product chosen for exchange has a longer shipping time according to the item description on the website).
• within 7 to 10 business days the refund to your original payment method, if you have chosen refund as a payment method.

●  Do it Yourself: the customer ships the product on their own, using the transportation company of their choice. By selecting the “Do It Yourself” option among the shipping options, instructions will be sent by email, such as the shipping address and how to package the products so that we can correctly identify them when they arrive at our warehouse.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In cases where it is considered that the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately at info@bonaimad.com providing product data as well as the damage it suffers and, if possible, a photograph. Each order is carefully reviewed, so claims for defective products will not be entertained when it appears that they have been used, manipulated or damaged.

We will proceed to examine the case and inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether it should be returned or replaced (if applicable). 

It will be BONAI who determines the collection or shipping model for the defective product, so that the customer does not have to incur a cost. We will not assume shipping costs incurred by the customer without prior agreement with BONAI.
In any case, the defective product must be collected from the customer's home and returned to our facilities for physical verification of the damage. Under no circumstances can you claim for a defective product that has been manipulated or used. 

ORDER DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer. BONAI does not assume any responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or the recipient subsequently modifies it, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, BONAI assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the new shipment.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To make a product change, the following steps must be followed:

1. Request the return by email to info@bonaimad.com within a period of no more than 7 business days following the date of receipt of the product.

2. The item must be received by BONAI within a maximum period of 15 business days.

3. The client must be responsible for both the cost of shipping to BONAI as well as the new shipment that BONAI will make.

All pieces must be returned in their original packaging as well as with any accessories that came with them.

In no case will money be returned nor will the difference be exchanged, in case of exchange for a lower priced product, for the new shipment.

The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches BONAI. BONAI recommends that the item be sent by courier or certified mail and that proof of shipping be retained.

In the event that BONAI has mistakenly sent an item different from the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at info@bonaimad.com to request the change.

In this case, BONAI will assume the costs of both shipping and return. Returns with postage due will not be accepted.

There will be a period of one month from the purchase of an item to exchange it for another identical item in case of a factory defect.

- In case you have a ring:

1. Take a ring you already have as a reference.

2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring from one end to the other in a straight line.

3. Use the equivalence below to find your size.

- In case you don't have a ring:

1. Take a thread.

2. Wrap the string around the finger on which you want to have the ring.

3. Mark the thread with a felt-tip pen when you have completed the circumference.

4. Measure it and find out your size with the following equivalence!

Inner diameter:

· SIZE 10: 15,6 - 15,9 mm

· SIZE 12: 16 - 16,6 mm

· SIZE 14: 16,7 - 17,2 mm

· SIZE 16: 17,3 - 17,8 mm

· SIZE 18: 17,9 - 18,5 mm

If for example the inner diameter of your ring, or the marked thread, measures 16,2 mm you would have to choose SIZE 12.
