Jewellerly care
Here are some tips on how to care for and maintain your jewellery:
- We advise you to store your jewellery in a cool, dry place that is preferably airtight, to avoid oxidation.
- We recommend that you do not expose it to corrosive agents such as chlorine, grease, sweat, perfume, alkaline agents, or salinity for a long time.
- You can store your jewellery somewhere where you avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or artificial light for long periods of time.
- We suggest that you do not store it directly in contact with wood as it contains acids that can affect the surface of the jewellery.
- In case your jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver, not gold plated or made of brass, we suggest that you clean it relatively often to keep it shining. You can use warm water with a little soap and rub with a soft brush. You can then rinse it with water and dry it with a soft cloth or a hairdryer on the lowest setting.
- We recommend using a cloth suitable for cleaning jewellery. Gently rub the silver surface with the cloth to polish it or remove marks from skin contact. Caution: Do not wash the cloth and make sure the jewellery is completely dry before rubbing.
- We do not recommend swimming in the sea or in swimming pools if your jewellery is gold-plated 925 Sterling Silver, as chlorine, salt and the sun will damage the gold-plated layer.
If your jewellery is made of steel, you can bathe in it. Their alloy is much stronger. In case your jewellery is made of bronze or brass, please do not put it in contact with any of the above mentioned, as it will be damaged immediately.

RETURN POLICY
IN WHAT CASES CAN YOU RETURN AN ITEM?
- You have chosen the wrong size.
- The product is not as expected.
- Received the order in bad condition.
- In all cases, the returned products must be in perfect condition and show no obvious signs of use, otherwise the return will not be processed. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at BONAI in perfect condition.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
HOW DO I PREPARE THE PACKAGE?
Package the items to be returned in their original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, create your own packaging.
Attach the copy of the invoice that arrived with your order. If you need to recover your invoice, you can do so from the order confirmation email by clicking on the “Download invoice” link.
Finally, seal it securely so that no items get lost along the way.
HOW IS THE RETURN PROCEDED?
You can comfortably manage the return of your order from our returns portal:

When you open the link, fill out the fields with the order reference (code made up of 6 digits that you can find in your order history within your Customer Area or in the order confirmation email) and the email address associated with your buys.
Select the products you wish to return and please inform the reason for the return. That helps us improve :)
Next, choose how you want to receive the amount of your purchase:
- Get a bonus without expiration. IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION WE WILL GIVE YOU 10% IN YOUR BONUS.
- Receive the money by the same method with which you paid for your purchase.
In both methods, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from both the coupon/voucher and the refund of the amount.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Once we receive your package in our Returns Department and we have verified that the product is in the appropriate conditions, you will receive your return:
- within 2 business days an email with your voucher without expiration so you can make a new purchase on the website.
- confirmation of the shipment of the new product within 2 business days, if you have chosen to exchange it for another product. (except if the new product chosen for exchange has a longer shipping time according to the item description on the website).
- within 7 to 10 business days the refund to your original payment method, if you have chosen refund as a payment method.

● Do it Yourself: the customer ships the product on their own, using the transportation company of their choice. By selecting the “Do It Yourself” option among the shipping options, instructions will be sent by email, such as the shipping address and how to package the products so that we can correctly identify them when they arrive at our warehouse.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In cases where it is considered that the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately at info@bonaimad.com providing product data as well as the damage it suffers and, if possible, a photograph. Each order is carefully reviewed, so claims for defective products will not be entertained when it appears that they have been used, manipulated or damaged.
We will proceed to examine the case and inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether it should be returned or replaced (if applicable).
It will be BONAI who determines the collection or shipping model for the defective product, so that the customer does not have to incur a cost. We will not assume shipping costs incurred by the customer without prior agreement with BONAI.
In any case, the defective product must be collected from the customer's home and returned to our facilities for physical verification of the damage. Under no circumstances can you claim for a defective product that has been manipulated or used.
ORDER DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer. BONAI does not assume any responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or the recipient subsequently modifies it, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, BONAI assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the new shipment.
